Emily Follman, President

Emily has over 20 years of professional experience as a project manager, process analyst and facilitator.  Her expertise includes project and program management, process redesign, change management, performance measurement, and strategic planning.  Recently Emily has worked as a project manager in the higher education market, and as a process redesign training facilitator in the the food manufacturing industry. Emily is a seasoned project manager, a trained facilitator, and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Before launching EF Consulting, Emily was employed as a Finance Optimization consultant with Arthur Andersen.
